How does the free first visit work?
Select a recurring plan and your first cleanup is free. Your estimated regular rate applies from the second visit. Optional deodorizer costs $15 per visit, including the free-cleanup visit. The offer doesn’t apply to one-time cleanups; your final quote and schedule need confirmation.
Do I need to be home?
You don’t need to be home if we can safely access the yard. Add any access notes to your request, and arrangements can be confirmed before service.
Is my visit confirmed when I finish?
Sending a request does not confirm a visit. We’ll contact you to confirm availability, your final quote, and a service date.
Are senior discounts available?
Yes. Check the senior discount box when you add your details. Discount terms and the final price need confirmation; the estimator doesn’t apply a senior discount automatically.
